Besides the baggage and experience that comes with dating them, some of them may be looking for marriage and having kids. Their biological clocks may be ticking and they may really want to have children and will expect you to want the same. This is something you have to seriously think about, because if it is not what you want, then you should make it clear to her, to avoid heart break.
On the other hand there are older women that want to date younger men for pure pleasure and will not expect any deep levels of commitment in return. They like the idea of dating younger men, as it makes them feel younger. They want to have a bit of fun and if you can show them a good time and are able to please them, then this might be a great relationship, if that is what you are also looking for. I actually like the idea of dating older women and have had quite a few meaningful and fun relationships with them.
In any event, I don’t like to generalize about a group of people. Dating older women could be just like dating young women, but I mentioned some likely scenarios that you could come across.
